4 Month Well Baby Checkup

Miss Adelyn went in today for her 4 month well baby checkup. Everything was all good...until...drum roll...Dr. Murray touched her! She was all smiles and happy until this "stranger" touched her...it was all downhill from there! She had to get 3 shots that I think hurt mommy worse than her BUT, I only teared, there was no river of tears like the last time for momma! We get to start cereal now!! I know she is ready but I just refuse to do these things before Dr. Murray gives me the okay as giving foods to babies too early can cause digestive problems. Not for all babies, but some...so for now, I am sticking to what Dr. Murray says. I trust her judgement and follow what she says. The ending words of our conversation were Dr. Murray saying..."You two have a beautiful baby girl that looks like she is going to be tall and skinny like her daddy!" NO WAY! HAHA! :) Lets hope she gets his metabolism too! :)

Weight: 13lbs. 7oz. (50-75%)
Height: 25 inches (75-90%)
Head circumference: 16 1/2 inches (75-90%)

Everything is going great is she is super healthy! We are so Blessed to have our baby girl in our lives!

Almost 4 Months

Well we arent quite at the 4 month mark yet but I needed to get some pictures other than Adi's monthly pictures taken. Next week we go for our 4 month wellness check at which time I am sure we will be given the okay to start Adi on cereal! This will be a HUGE day in the Thompson house as I cannot believe my baby girl is already eating cereal! WOW!
